Legal and Ethical issues
Legal: A legal issues that may be an issues towards the production of Strayed Above will be the music if we use music that is royalty free and steal the music and use it within our production we our not following copyright laws and can get in trouble.
Another legal issue is getting permission from our actors. If we do not grant permission from the actors we have film we do not hold the copy write to the material. If used without permission we can get in legal trouble as we can get sued from filming without consent.
Ethical: Potential harm to cast and crew is an ethical issues as we do not want our crew and cast to be injured this is because our production can be delayed because of this.
Since Abu Taher who plays Kyle Black is a muslim using gelatine will go against his beliefs and morals as it contains pork within the gelatine if used this can be a big ethical issues.
